How to Build a Clear Timeline

A single message rarely shows a pattern. A sequence of them can. Here is a practical approach:

1. Keep the full thread

3:00 PM: "I'll pick up the kids at 5."

5:30 PM: "Why are you harassing me? I said I was busy until 7!"

If only the second message is saved, you may look unreasonable. Keeping the entire thread shows what was actually said.

2. Export early, and note what's missing
